Too much work, too little life? Find out what the relationship between work and free time can look like and how you can promote your own work-life balance. Learn strategies to really switch off after work and to separate yourself internally.

10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Our company doctor Ms. Melenkeit-Jaap will explain how you can work optimally in the office & home office. If you wish, you can get individual consultation at the end of the meeting.
